Through the production process we have developed ourselves, we are able to supply balls and half-ball lenses as well as ball lens segments with diameters ranging from less than 0.5 mm to 100 mm in highest precision. The diameters are accurate to ± 0.0005 mm, while the spherical roundness is less than lambda/10.

We are also able to manufacture in mini-series. We produce balls made from all types of technical and optical glass, quartz, silicon, borosilicate glass as well as synthetic materials, ceramics and metal.
